This article will guide you through how to export a copy of the current set up of your Assessment or Test for specific courses.

To access these options you will need to go to the Reporting System and go into the relevant option from below:

1. How to Export an Assessment

1. Select Export Assessment which will open a new window where you can select the assessment you wish to view from the drop-down menu

Depending what courses are licenced to your system will depend what assessments you have access to on this page.

2. This will load the assessment set up on your screen.  You will also be able to select Export, which will download a copy of your Assessment in Excel format.

3. Select Go back to return to be able to select a different assessment or select Home to return to Your Applications.

2. How to Export a Test

1. Select Export Test which will open a new window where you can select the test you wish to view from the drop-down menu.

Depending what courses are licenced to your system will depend on what tests you have access to on this page.

2. Once you have selected the Test, select Export for a copy of the test to be downloaded into an Excel format.
3. Select Go back to return to be able to select a different test or select Home to return to Your Applications.
