User Access is required.
Users may find that specific groups to which they are affiliated do not appear in their Group Information tab. This occurrence is not a technical issue but rather a deliberate design decision within the system. See the article below for more information.
1. Group Visibility in the Information Tab
The Design Behind Group Visibility: In our Ideagen Workplace Training system, a key aspect to understand is the relationship between group licensing and visibility in the Group Information tab. Regardless of their group type—whether location-based, course-oriented, or otherwise—when a group is licensed to a course, it intentionally becomes invisible in the Group Information tab.
Note: This is the case even if a user is a member of the group.
Navigating the System: It is essential to recognise that the Group Information tab primarily serves the purpose of displaying groups that are unlicensed to any courses. This intentional design ensures clarity in group visibility and encourages administrators and managers to turn to the Course Information tab for insights into the courses users have activated.
Tip: If the administrators or managers want to see which groups the user is in, they can do this from the Movements tab from the users profile.
2. Removing user from the the Group
- You can remove users from the group by either toggling off the course or from the management system options.
