Understanding the Assessment Location filter
Who is this article for?Users who want to learn about the Assessment Location filter.
Administrators permissions are required.
This article outlines the process for using the Assessment Location filter within the Assessment Issues Report.
1. Understanding the Assessment Location filter
The Assessment Location filter in the Assessment Issues Report displays issues for the assessment location group recorded against the user's assessment. It does not necessarily list users in specific location groups. For an issue to appear in this report when using the Assessment Location filter, the user must have chosen that specific location during their assessment.
Some administrators may have thought that if a user belonged to a particular location group, they could use the Assessment Location filter to find their issues. However, users need to select the desired location in the filter when conducting their assessment for the corresponding issues to appear in the Assessment Issues Report.
2. Applying the Assessment Location filter
If administrators wish to view open issues for users in locations they did not choose as their assessment location group, they can navigate to the Assessment Analysis report in the reporting system. Once there, follow these steps:
- Change the Display Type filter to Issues.
- Add the Location filter and select the applicable location(s).
- Add the Issue Status filter and select Open and potentially In Progress.
This will display the open issues for users in the applicable location group(s), regardless of their chosen assessment location group during the assessment.
