Overview of the new Training Dashboard

No special access or permissions are required.
Your Training Dashboard enables you to see your due and completed Training, with a visual representation of the timeline of completion, and the ability to filter courses by mandatory and non-mandatory titles. This article gives you an overview of the screen and what you can find in each area!
1. Dashboard overview
Below is a breakdown of its areas and what you can expect to find there:
| Area | Description |
|---|---|
| Training Courses | Lists all Courses you have access to (excluding SCORM courses). |
| Additional Training | Lists SCORM Courses you have access to. |
| -- Outstanding Courses | Totals the number of Courses you are yet to complete. |
| -- Mandatory Courses | Shows the number of mandatory Courses you have assigned. |
| -- Optional Courses | Shows the number of non-mandatory Courses you have assigned. |
| -- Tests Passed | Totals the number of assigned Tests you have completed. |
| -- Assessments Completed | Totals the number of assigned Assessments you have completed. |
| Latest Activity | Shows you the last Course you accessed. |
| All Courses | Shows all Courses you have access to. This is enabled by default. |
| Mandatory | Shows mandatory Courses you have access to. |
| Optional | Shows non-mandatory Courses you have access to. |
| Outstanding | Shows all outstanding Courses you have access to. |
| Open Issues |
Displays all Issues you have opened. You can interact with each record to view the Issue, its Status, Date the Assessment was completed, and its Location. |
| Messages | Displays all Messaged you have received. |
| Detailed Timeline | Shows full Training timeline, with the ability to filter by Course, export Certificates, and view or export Assessments. |
| Training Timeline Summary | Shows condensed Training timeline, with dates a Course was started and completed, but not when certain Modules or Tests/Assessments are completed. |
| Overall Progress | Displays percentage complete for all Training you have currently been assigned. |
| Progress Summary | Displays how many Courses fall into each status, with the ability to hover over each status to see the exact number. |
