Release V1.233 focuses on improving Workplace Training admin usability, data accuracy in reporting, and general user interface (UI) consistency. This release does not introduce any new features — it is focused entirely on fixing existing functionality to make the platform more reliable and consistent for our customers.

1. Changes

This release addresses the following issues:

• Admin sidebar navigation buttons disappearing when moving between screens
• Groups screen becoming unresponsive when filters returned no results
• Assessment entry count mismatch between report and detail page
• Open Issues count mismatch between dashboard and detail
• Duplicate Mute and Pause buttons appearing in the Display Screen Equipment (DSE) course player audio controls

2. Why we made these changes

This release addresses a number of behind-the-scenes fixes to improve the reliability and consistency of your Workplace Training experience — ensuring that what you see on your dashboard, in your reports, and throughout the admin area is accurate and behaves as expected.

2.1 Consistent admin navigation

Navigation behaviour has been standardised so the sidebar consistently shows the correct Admin options as you move between pages. Sidebar buttons no longer disappear when moving between screens.

2.2 Improved Groups page reliability

The Groups page now handles "no data" filter results gracefully and remains interactive, with columns and data returning correctly when filters are changed. The page no longer freezes when filters return no results.

2.3 Accurate reporting counts

Reporting counts are now accurate — the dashboard and detail pages for both Open Issues and Assessment entries show the same figures. Logic has been updated so the count in the report and the detail page are aligned and based on the same criteria.

2.4 Simplified course player controls

The course player audio controls have been tidied up. Audio controls have been rationalised so that the behaviour is clearer and consistent across the course player. The duplicate Mute and Pause buttons in the DSE intro video have been simplified.
