Creating a new Theme

Client Administrator access will be required.
This article will guide you through how to change the appearance of Ideagen Workplace Training for their users. A comprehensive editor is included to configure and manage Themes for your system.
1. Creating a new Theme
- To create a new Theme, go to the Management System.
- Select Company from the side bar.
- Under the Theme panel, type the name of the Theme.
- Select Create Theme.
1.1 Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Enabled | Determines if the Theme is displayed in the list of available themes when configuring a user or using the Apply tool. |
| Default | Themes can be set so that all new users have the same theme applied. |
| Logo | Size is 200px 100px (max) |
| Background colour |
The colour which will surround and be behind the logo. Tip: remove all white space surrounding image and set background to transparent. |

Background Colour and Text Colour can be set individually for the following elements: Header, Footer, Menu, Panels & Popups, Action Buttons, Info Buttons. |
| Custom CSS | We allow clients to apply their own CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) to a theme. However, this is a powerful tool and used at your own risk - unfortunately, we can’t assist with any issues which arise from its use. |
| Apply Theme | Use this tool to select a theme and apply either to all users, or a specific group of users. |
