1. Managing Users by FTP
Ideagen Workplace Training supports the uploading of documents in .CSV or .XLSX format for user management actions (create, update, or remove users). The Importer operates nightly and can process one file at a time.
User data file import configuration options include two methods, each with specific format requirements based on source system data, export capabilities, and business needs:

Single Regular User Data File:
- Ideagen Workplace Training accepts a single file containing all current user data, suitable for full snapshots of users requiring access to the system.

- Utilises separate files for user updates or additions, and for deactivating users.
