Client Administrators

This article will guide you through how to use the Kill Reminders feature on Ideagen Workplace Training.  The Kill Reminder function allows for a client admin to stop reminders for an individual user.

Clicking the Kill Reminders button on a users profile will mean the ALL reminders the users is currently receiving. This option will not affect any future reminders that are sent to the user.

1. Navigate to Management System
2. Select the Users tab and search for the user. 
3. Once you have selected the 'View/Edit' button you will be taken to the users profile, 
4. Select the Kill Reminders option at the top of the screen as show below.

5. Clicking the Kill Reminders button will produce a popup box as show below - where you will need to confirm you wish to stop reminders for this user.

6. Click Yes and this will stop the user from receiving any current reminders being generated on their account.
