How to Stop Reminders for a User

This article will guide you through how to use the Kill Reminders feature on Ideagen Workplace Training. The Kill Reminder function allows for a client admin to stop reminders for an individual user.
Clicking the Kill Reminders button on a users profile will mean the ALL reminders the users is currently receiving. This option will not affect any future reminders that are sent to the user.
- Navigate to Management System
- Select the Users tab and search for the user.
- Once you have selected the 'View/Edit' button you will be taken to the users profile,
- Select the Kill Reminders option at the top of the screen as show below.
- Clicking the Kill Reminders button will produce a popup box as show below - where you will need to confirm you wish to stop reminders for this user.
- Click Yes and this will stop the user from receiving any current reminders being generated on their account.
