Training Needs Assessment (TNA) is a system that you may choose to enable as a way for users to be sorted into various groups when they log into Ideagen Workplace Training.
This article explains the feature in more detail.
1. Training Needs Assessment
You may choose for users to be presented with the TNA at various intervals ranging from every login, once a week, once a year, to on their first login only.
When the user signs into the system, they may see something similar to the images below:
The dropdowns can be personalised to each organisation depending on what kind of groups you have on your system for users to be sorted into.
