Logging in to Ideagen Workplace Training

You will need to log in to Ideagen Workplace Training before you can use the system. This article will walk you through how to log in to the Ideagen Workplace Training system.
This includes guidance on resetting your password, troubleshooting common login issues, and understanding what to do if you have difficulty accessing your Ideagen Workplace Training account.

Your login attempt was not successful
If you are not able to access Ideagen Workplace Training with your current details this might be due to your password not being correct and you may see the error "Your login attempt was not successful."
To resolve this you will need to reset your password.
Resetting your password
- Browse to the login page.
- Click the 'Forgot Password?' option.
- Enter your email address.
- Click the Submit button.
- If you are set up on Ideagen Workplace Training, you will receive a password reset email within 5 minutes of clicking Submit.
Important: If you have received a training notification from Ideagen Workplace Training but still haven’t received your password reset email after following the steps above, you may be registered under a different email address than the one you are trying to reset. Please check the grey banner at the bottom of your Training Notification to see which email address your account is linked to.
The password reset function is not available to you
In some circumstances, when submitting a password reset as per the above, you may receive an error message as shown below:
This usually means that your company is using Single Sign-On (SSO) to access Ideagen Workplace Training. In this case, you will need to log in using a dedicated SSO link provided by your organisation.
You will find this link in any of the training emails you receive from Ideagen Workplace Training.
If you are not able to find this link or are still having issues logging in, you will need to raise this with Line Manager or Health and Safety Team who can escalate the issue internally.
User not found
Another error message you may receive is 'User Not Found'.
The message will only occur if your company is using Single Sign-On (SSO).
If you receive this message, this will mean that your company still need to set you up correctly on both your internal IT system and on Ideagen Workplace Training.
You will need to raise this with your Line Manager Health and Safety Team who can escalate the issue with your IT Team internally.
